The 3rd day of racing at the St Barths’ Bucket, crowned the 56m ketch Rosehearty winner of the Les Grand Dames des Mers Class and the 38m Sloop P2 winner of Les Elegantes des Mers Class.
Rosehearty secured the class with victories on days 1 and 2, and then clinched with a 4th place on the final day. With Seahawk’s thrilling victory over Ohana on day 3, Rosehearty was able to win the class in a tiebreaker.
Rosehearty’s racing crew led by Paul Cayard, Peter Holmberg and Matteo Plazzi sailed up to the stage at the award ceremony to collect the winning trophy.
In the Elegantes des Mers Class, the 38m sloop P2 confirmed her leadership with an impeccable racing tactics and superb team work. Congratulations to all the Perinis, their Owners, permanent crew and Race Teams on a wonderful regatta.
