Oceano 44 – the magnificent displacement three-decker by Mangusta which has redefined the very concept of onboard life – was launched on 8th March 2025.
Unit #4 in the Mangusta Oceano 44 line hit the water for the first time on International Women’s Day, almost symbolizing this yacht’s feminine soul: stylish, bold, and skilfully combining yachting tradition and innovation.
Part of the Mangusta Oceano long-range line, the Mangusta Oceano 44 is a modern floating loft that combines an elegant steel and aluminium structure with large panoramic glazed windows that are an invitation to enjoy life at sea from a brand-new perspective.
With her steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the Mangusta Oceano 44 can boast a range of 4,500 nautical miles, a maximum speed of up to 15.5 knots, and a cruising speed of 11 knots; the zero-speed and underway electric stabilizers she is equipped with mean that she can offer maximum comfort and the unique thrill of uncompromised cruising.
Every detail on this yacht reflects the painstaking pursuit of excellence and the care and passion that are at the heart of Mangusta’s vision and philosophy: shaping dreams through unforgettable yachting experiences.
Onboard this vessel, functionality goes hand in hand with beauty; fine woods and marbles harmoniously alternate across the yacht, creating a contemporary minimalist ensemble, while the large glazed surfaces ensure a smooth flow between interiors and exteriors.
The master stateroom enjoys a private view of the ocean and is an exclusive haven where every single detail has been carefully thought out to maximise comfort and wellbeing.
All cabins share the same colour shades and materials found throughout the yacht, delivering exclusive comfort and flawless design uniformity.

The exterior layout has been designed to make the most of life at sea and features a wide 104 sqm (1120 sq/ft) sundeck; social life revolves around the central beach area, which – once the transom is opened and the side terraces are unfolded – easily converts into a magnificent 180° platform.
Forward, the wheelhouse has floor-to-ceiling glazed surfaces that provide excellent visibility and, therefore, even smoother cruising.
This fourth unit in the Mangusta Ocean 44 line has been built for a European owner who will be cruising the Mediterranean sea.
The Mangusta Oceano 44 is the successful outcome of the cooperation between Overmarine Group, P.L.A.N.A. Design and designer Alberto Mancini.
As usual, the interiors and layout are fully-custom and on this unit have been designed by the shipyard’s design team together with Gianluca Sist of H2 design studio.
This unit was sold thanks to the precious cooperation with Gaston Lees-Buckley from brokerage house Camper & Nicholsons, who supervised all construction stages.
