Monte Carlo Yachts and Monte Carlo will be making an addition to their range at the Düsseldorf Boat Show: the new MC6 is ready to be launched in a world preview.
This year, Monte Carlo Yachts and Monte Carlo will be showcased together in the heart of Hall 6, the prestigious pavilion at the Düsseldorf fair. The stand will display the MCY 65 alongside the following Monte Carlo models: MC4, MC5 and a world preview of the new MC6.
The Boot Düsseldorf marks a major new milestone in the brilliant start of the season for the Monte Carlo Yachts and Monte Carlo brands. The German boat show will provide the opportunity for the world preview of the new MC6, a launch that follows those over the past three months, from the MC5S at the Cannes Yachting Festival to the MC4S at the Paris Nautic.
Furthermore in November, the two brands presented the MC4 and MCY 86 at a USA preview at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show; the MCY 86 was crowned best motor yacht over 25 metres during the Editors’ Choice Awards.
Together with the MC6, the Monte Carlo Yachts and Monte Carlo stand will host the MCY 65, which has already won two prizes for best motor yacht in Europe and Asia during the year of its launch. Another two models from the Monte Carlo range will also be presented: the MC4 and the MC5, which as well boast prestigious Awards as the European Power Boat of the Year in Germany and the Boat of the Year in Italy.
The entire MC collection will thus be represented, promoting the MCY range for boats under 60 feet.
“It will be wonderful to see the MCY 65 and the new MC6 side by side,” explains Carla Demaria, the President of Monte Carlo Yachts and General Manager of Beneteau. “It provides tangible proof of our ability to offer the market a new concept in luxury sailing and a new range is taking shape surprisingly quickly, in line with the Group’s strategy. Monte Carlo is presenting its fifth model in Düsseldorf, just two years after the launch of the brand.
The Monte Carlo Yachts collection is also continuing to grow, and soon we will be presenting the MCY 105, the largest boat ever produced by the Beneteau Group to date.” Monte Carlo 6. As the link between the Monte Carlo Yachts’ models and their smaller Monte Carlo sisters , the new MC6 is a yacht offering superior living solutions, in terms of their liveability and the distinctive materials used, as well as of the quality of their design.
Among the many points of excellence of this new boat, we should definitely mention the flybridge, which is astonishing in terms of its equipment and dimensions, with a large comfortable sundeck and living area that can accommodate up to ten people, all perfectly protected by the rigid T-top. It is also worth noting the spaces on the main deck, which include the kitchen, totally open towards the cockpit (the sliding glass door is fully foldaway), an elegant living area and a central helm station.
The layout below deck accommodates three cabins with private bathrooms: the full beam master cabin with a double bed is in the centre of the boat, the bow VIP cabin has a double bed convertible in two twin beds, whereas the guest cabin has twin beds.
The dates to mark in your diary are from 17 to 25 January at the Düsseldorf Boat Show, Hall 6, Stand 6B27.
The official launch and world preview of the new MC6 will take place on Saturday 17 January at 4 pm.
