A new version of Maiora 30 just hit the water

Maiora is the Next Yacht Group brand of high-liveability flybridge yachts, where to spend peaceful moments in navigation or at anchor, in an uninterrupted interaction with light, providing a connection to the sea with the universal and timeless language of elegance.

All this is possible thanks to an innovative “structural modular” system that allows owners to configure the boat to their specific needs, making the most of the generous onboard spaces and ad-hoc functional solutions and enjoying the sea and the sun truly exclusively and in harmony with their own style and wishes.

A new version of Maiora 30, a model that interprets these concepts of onboard liveability and conviviality at best, hit the water last Friday. With her 30.5 m length, 7.5 m width, and impressive interdeck heights, the Maiora 30 features the largest surfaces and volumes in her category. Onboard, the feeling is that of being on a much larger yacht – something that makes this model unmatched on the market.

This model is in the “walkaround” version: a very “Mediterranean” yacht, she offers her guests the possibility to freely and easily move around the entire fly bridge, from bow to stern, thanks to her spacious outdoor areas and side walkways free of any structural impediments.

The fly bridge is indeed one of this vessel’s main strengths: an en plein air area, extending over approximately 120 square metres. Another distinctive feature is the stern – a real “terrace” overlooking the sea, connected to the salon by a door that opens up completely in infinity mode to create one single, uninterrupted open space. A few steps lead to the large fully-equipped beach and sunbathing area, which is simply waiting to be enjoyed: diving into the water or lowering the water toys is just a matter of seconds.

The side garage, with its over-2-metre height, can fit a tender exceeding 6 metres in length – also an unparalleled feature in this class – and countless water toys. At the bow, well-hidden, are an additional garage to store a “full-size” jet ski (that can be lowered into the sea using a hidden davit) and a nearly 2-metre-high peak with dual access, to store away all nautical equipment – no more stumbling and impediments on the exterior decks, at last!

Two MAN 12V 2000, 2000 Hp engines push her to a maximum speed of 23 knots, while guaranteeing excellent stability and onboard comfort thanks to the zero-speed stabilisers operating both when cruising and at anchor.

The salon on the main deck is a real loft on the sea, featuring furniture and furnishings from the latest collections of the most prestigious Italian luxury brands. Embraced on full sides by natural light, it is directly connected to the aft cockpit creating thus a huge harmonious open space.

The master stateroom, located forward, has an almost full-beam bathroom and all the space needed to feel at home even during long-range cruises. A day-head and a galley complete the main deck. This is an RPH model, and then has a raised pilot house.

Group’s quay in Viareggio is now elegantly showcasing the AB100, the AB80, ready to leave, and this new Maiora 30, that will leave soon for cruising in the Med with her Owner onboard.
