Solaris Power 48 Lobster Flybridge

Solaris Power is now introducing the brand new 48 Lobster Flybridge: like its predecessors, this is a very technical boat which privileges seagoing performance, functionality, safety and seaworthiness.

The new Solaris Power 48 Lobster Flybridge has been conceived by the same winning team that developed the previous models: Norberto Ferretti, Brunello Acampora and Giuseppe Giuliani. The boat comprises an array of unique features, compared to similar competitors, and guarantees superior comfort and livability, both inside and outside.

Its leading-edge Volvo IPS propulsive technology is specifically integrated with the hull shape, a solution with no comparison in this yachting segment. The 48 Lobster Flybridge sails both at low speed in displacement and planes at maximum speed of over 30kts unlike the rest of the planing hulls. This unique capability allows to tackle long journeys in adverse weather conditions with total safety and great range. Besides, the boat offers advantages and features that are hard to find, combined in the same vessel:

sailing in total safety and comfort even in rough seas

low fuel consumption, therefore greater range

reduced CO2 emissions

low noise level and no vibrations

enhanced handling in harbour thanks to joystick flexibility

great stability when lying at anchor owing to hull shape

This model represents a new generation of flybridge yachts, far ahead of whatever is currently offered in the market. The overall shape of the 48 Lobster Flybridge is extremely attractive with its timeless elegance, representing a contemporaneous take on the original American fishing vessels. The spaces have been planned in exact detail, in order to offer the maximum of functionality and ease of use.

The new Solaris Power 48 Lobster Flybridge offers two options of engines: a Volvo 600 IPS or a 650; it can reach a maximum speed of over 30kts and it can sail at cruising speed of 20kts with a range of around 300 nautical miles. The worldwide launch will take place at the next BOOT in Dusseldorf (18 to 26 January 2020) at Halle 5, stand 5A21. The colour scheme of the boat showed will be: hull in gloss Bentley blue, pearly white superstructure, and matt Bentley blue flybridge.
