The Chef’s Competition
Day 2 welcomes the long-awaited launch of the Chef’s Competition – a fan favourite and highlight of the Show. The Chef’s Competition sees some of Greece’s best culinary minds battle it out for the coveted top prize – a spectacle of gastronomic talent that runs throughout the Show.
Each year, the Chefs create dishes that center around a topical theme. The theme for this year’s Chef’s Competition is Zero Waste From the Greek Seas, where the chefs will be required to prepare sustainable dishes that showcase Greece’s most significant export, seafood, while minimizing waste.
