De Antonio Yachts will unveil the all-weather D36 Cabin at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026, combining enclosed luxury with sporty performance.
De Antonio Yachts has announced the world premiere of the D36 Cabin at the upcoming Cannes Yachting Festival 2026. Designed as a versatile evolution of the D36 Open, the new model introduces an enclosed cabin architecture tailored for all-weather navigation and year-round cruising, while preserving the shipyard’s walkaround layout and sporty profile.
The defining highlight of the D36 Cabin is its newly architectural main deck, which introduces a fully enclosed central wheelhouse without sacrificing outdoor connectivity. Encapsulated by a perimeter glass structure, the central area houses the helm, a U-shaped passenger sofa, and a multifunction galley. A rigid roof with an overhead opening -configurable as a fixed panoramic glass top, a forward-sliding glass panel, or an electric sliding fabric soft top-combines with sliding side doors and a rear accordion-style window to allow natural cross-ventilation. For extreme weather conditions, an optional hot and cold air-conditioning system guarantees complete climate control on board.
Functionality and onboard circulation remain central to the design. The symmetrical deck layout features centered helm seats for optimized visibility, while the U-shaped seating area easily converts into a dining space for eight or an additional double bed. Positioned centrally, the multifunction island galley offers twin refrigerators, options for a ceramic cooktop or grill, a microwave, dedicated waste management, and an integrated retractable television.
Below deck, the D36 Cabin maximizes volume to offer comfortable overnight accommodation for up to six guests across three distinct sleeping areas. The layout includes a private forward master cabin with a dedicated door, a fully equipped independent bathroom, and a spacious aft cabin featuring twin beds. The interior atmosphere is complemented by indirect mood lighting and an integrated surround-sound system throughout.
Under the skin, the vessel retains De Antonio Yachts’ patented concealed outboard engine technology, blending the performance and maintenance benefits of outboard propulsion with an unobstructed, flush aft bathing platform. Powered by twin Mercury outboard engine configurations ranging from 700HP to 850HP, the high-performance stepped hull achieves a cruising speed of 29 knots and a top speed of 44 knots.
Measuring 11.14 meters in overall length with a 3.4-meter beam, the D36 Cabin is built for diverse marine activities. A hidden stern garage provides ample capacity for a small auxiliary tender or can be configured for up to 130 liters of additional refrigeration and water sports storage. With options for fishing rod holders, ski racks, and hardtop cargo bars, the D36 Cabin debuts in Cannes as one of the most versatile 36-foot cruisers on the market.
