61M Tankoa Yachts Project Dream reaches next milestone in construction with coin ceremony following the keel laying.
Italian shipyard Tankoa Yachts has marked a key moment in the construction of its latest superyacht project: the coin ceremony of the 61 metre Project Dream, which took place on 4th June 2026 in Civitavecchia. Sold in Summer 2025 and scheduled for delivery in early 2029, this 61 metre full-custom superyacht combines concept, layout and exterior design by Horacio Bozzo Design with naval architecture and basic engineering by Axis Group Yacht Design, marking Horacio Bozzo Design’s first collaboration with the shipyard. Interiors are by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, as selected by the owner.
Project Dream bridges the gap between a 60m and 70m platform, offering the volume, luxury and presence typically associated with a 70+ metre yacht while maintaining the versatile berthing capabilities and exceptional efficiency of a 60 metre hull. Stepping onboard, the design identity of this latest superyacht will be defined by meticulous attention to detail and a clever use of functional space. Its fully custom nature embodies Tankoa’s boutique philosophy, with every element tailored to the client’s vision and unique requirements, from the blank page to the finished vessel, in close collaboration with Tankoa Centro Stile to create an atmosphere of effortless luxury and style.
Conceived around a strong connection with the sea and an outdoor-oriented lifestyle, Project Dream features an exceptionally large beach area opening on three sides through fold-down platforms, directly connected to a wellness area providing a gym, a sauna and a massage/beauty center. The layout has been designed to maximise onboard liveability and fluid transitions between interior and exterior spaces. The owner’s private apartment is located on the upper deck and includes a forward private terrace with a swimming pool, with additional guest accommodation found on the main deck. Social life on board is centred around an unusually spacious sun deck, designed to be the yacht’s main gathering area and featuring a second pool. A third pool is located aft on the bridge deck. Additional onboard features include a cinema lounge positioned aft on the bridge deck, which is ideal for enjoying movies under the stars.
The first important milestone in the construction of Project Dream was reached. Now the construction will progress further, according to her production plan.
