With activities spanning yacht sales, new-build projects, brokerage, charters and yacht management, Sea Alliance Group continues to strengthen its presence across Greece and the wider Mediterranean. Experienced Crewed Charter Broker – Athens
Seeking an experienced charter professional with established industry connections, strong client service skills and a background in managing crewed yacht charters.
Requirements: Experience with MYBA charters and the Yachtfolio platform.
Junior Charter Broker – Athens
An opportunity for a motivated professional to develop a career in yacht charter, focusing on bareboat and skippered charters.
Requirements: Experience with MMK and strong organisational and communication skills.
Base Manager – Porto Heli
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the charter base, including technical maintenance, yacht turnaround and guest reception.
Requirements: Strong technical and organisational abilities, a hands-on approach, excellent interpersonal and service skills, and fluency in Greek and English.
Regional Manager – Corfu
An exciting opportunity to establish and develop Sea Alliance Group’s presence in Corfu and the wider Ionian region. The role focuses on brand development, building strategic relationships with tourism and hospitality stakeholders, and creating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in tourism, hospitality and/or yachting.
- Strong marketing and brand development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a business base from scratch.
- Strong organisational and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of the Greek tourism sector, preferably with established connections in Corfu and the Ionian Islands.
