Damen Yachting showcases three flagship Amels superyachts at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, highlighted by Amels 80 PANGEA’s world debut.
Yachting is pleased to confirm its presence at the Monaco Yacht Show 2026, taking place from 23 to 26 September in Port Hercules, Monaco. Headlining this year’s line-up is Amels 80 PANGEA, making her world debut in Monaco and marking the first time an Amels 80 has ever been presented at a yacht show. Also on display is Amels 60 QU2, the most recently delivered yacht of the successful Amels 60 design. The line-up is further strengthened by the third Amels showcase, with Amels 242 SYNTHESIS on display. Amels 80 PANGEA will be on display at berth E14, with Amels 60 QU2 at berth S10 and Amels 242 SYNTHESIS at berth H15. Together, the three yachts demonstrate the strength and breadth of the Amels portfolio. From the latest Amels 80 and Amels 60 designs to the Amels 242, each combines proven design and technical foundations with the freedom for Owners to create a highly personal yacht, supported by Dutch craftsmanship and engineering expertise.
Amels 80 PANGEA
Delivered in October 2025, Amels 80 PANGEA makes her world debut at the Monaco Yacht Show as the flagship of the Damen Yachting line-up, also marking the first time the Amels 80 design has been presented at a yacht show. The 80-metre superyacht features exterior design by Espen Øino, naval architecture by Damen Yachting and a custom interior by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. At approximately 2,200 GT, PANGEA brings the Amels Limited Editions philosophy to a new scale, combining substantial volume and capability with extensive Owner personalisation. Highlights include an expansive Beach Club, a glass-bottom swimming pool and advanced hybrid technology. At the 2026 World Superyacht Awards, PANGEA received a Judges’ Commendation in the Displacement Motor Yachts – 1,500GT to 2,499GT category, recognising her design, engineering and high level of personalisation. She marks an important evolution of the Amels portfolio, combining individual character with the certainty and craftsmanship of the Amels build philosophy.
Amels 60 QU2
Delivered in May 2026, Amels 60 QU2 is the latest yacht from the successful Amels 60 range. She features exterior design by Espen Øino, naval architecture by Damen Yachting and a custom interior by Winch Design. The interior takes inspiration from the colours, landscapes and atmosphere of the Pacific Islands, while a private fold-down terrace in the Owner’s Suite and generous exterior spaces create a closer connection with the sea. Hybrid technology further contributes to a quieter and more efficient onboard experience. QU2 demonstrates the versatility of the proven Amels 60 design, giving Owners the opportunity to create a yacht with a distinct personal identity while benefiting from established engineering, Dutch craftsmanship and an efficient route to ownership. Her presence in Monaco underlines the continued strength and market appeal of the Amels 60. QU2 is available for charter through Camper & Nicholsons.
Amels 242 SYNTHESIS
Adding a further dimension to the Amels showcase in Monaco is the 74-metre Amels 242 SYNTHESIS. Delivered in 2021 and redelivered in April 2026 following a refit, SYNTHESIS combines exterior design by Tim Heywood with an award-winning custom interior by Winch Design. Moving away from a traditional yacht layout, dining and entertaining spaces are arranged across several decks rather than centred around a single formal room, creating a relaxed and residential feel on board. Her interior was recognised with the Best Interior Design, Motor Yachts 500GT and Above award at the 2022 BOAT Design & Innovation Awards. The success and evolution of the Amels 242 design form part of the wider Amels Limited Editions story that continues today with the Amels 80, introduced in 2022. SYNTHESIS is offered for sale and on display with co-exhibitors Burgess and Torrance Yachts.
Digital Experience at Stand JS6
At stand JS6, visitors will be able to explore the wider Damen Yachting portfolio through an immersive Augmented Reality experience. Featuring the Amels 60, Xplorer 80 and YS53, the experience offers a closer look at different layouts, configurations and design possibilities, extending the showcase beyond the yachts on display.
The Damen Yachting Team will be present throughout the Show to discuss the wider portfolio, including Amels Limited Editions and Full Custom yachts, Xplorer expedition yachts, Yacht Support vessels and Refit.
Additional Amels yachts will also be present in Monaco throughout show week, reflecting the global strength and continued appeal of the Amels fleet. Among them is BOADICEA, a 70.5-metre Amels Full Custom yacht, representing the craftsmanship, quality and design expertise that define the Amels brand.
