O'REA 255' Golden Yacht Sold

Northrop & Johnson is delighted to announce the sale of the 255′ (77.7m) Golden Yachts O’REA by Yacht Broker Steve Elario, acting on behalf of the buyer.

Luxury motor yacht O’REA is a beacon of opulence and cutting-edge design delivered by the reputable Greek shipyard, Golden Yachts, in 2023. With interior styling curated by Studio Vafiadis and Massari Design, O’REA is more than a yacht; she’s a masterpiece that redefines luxury living on the water. Details of her incredible design are seen all throughout the yacht including the use of precious materials like polished marble steps, backlit vertical paneling and glass elements with three-dimensional patterns.

Designed for the discerning owner who appreciates exquisite indoor and outdoor experiences, O’REA boasts voluminous spaces across multiple decks, creating an idyllic setting for relaxation, entertainment and indulgence. Each exterior area is seamlessly interconnected with the interior, allowing guests to flow effortlessly between spaces. The clever use of glass, when needed, further supports this mission to blur the boundaries between inside and outside. Whether it’s sunbathing waterside on the beach club sea terraces, unwinding in the spa or gathering for dinner in her sprawling main deck dining area flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows, O’REA offers a multitude of experiences.

Accommodating up to 12 guests in eight stunning staterooms, O’REA ensures every guest is awarded the same level of comfort and sophistication. Her stand-out Owner’s suite boasts expansive height and volume and includes a private office area. A dedicated crew of twenty-two ensures that every aspect of the journey is attended to with precision and care.

Onboard, O’REA is a symphony of indulgence and entertainment. Guests can carve in a workout at the state-of-the-art gym on the sundeck level, then enjoy an afternoon of tranquility in the sauna, Turkish hammam and massage room in the beach club. One of O’REA’s notable features is the glass-bottom pool on her main deck aft, positioned above the beach club, allowing tons of natural light to flow directly down into the space. Additional amenities include an outdoor theater, an exterior lounge/bar area and plenty of sunpads for laying out. There is plenty of loose furniture across each deck, offering even more space to lounge and enjoy conversation.

O’REA is equipped with an elevator, satellite communications and Wi-Fi connectivity. Her performance is a testament to engineering excellence, with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure providing stability and ample onboard space. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, O’REA cruises at a comfortable 16 knots, reaching a maximum speed of 18 knots.

Recognized as a finalist at the Boat International Design & Innovation Awards 2024, she stands as a symbol of outstanding exterior motor yacht design in the 60m and above category.
