Sanlorenzo launches CASA F in Viareggio, a highly customized 500EXP explorer yacht featuring €5 million in bespoke luxury upgrades.
Hull No. 162, M/Y CASA F is a new-build 47-metre Sanlorenzo 500EXP, representing one of the most complete and highly specified units of the model delivered to date. CASA F embodies Sanlorenzo’s explorer philosophy, combining robust long-range capability with a level of onboard refinement rarely seen within the sub-500GT segment. Enhanced through a meticulous three-year development process, the yacht benefits from over €5 million in owner upgrades and bespoke specification, placing her well above standard build.
CASA F has now been successfully launched and is available for inspections in the water, in Viareggio by appointment. With over €5 million invested in custom options and owner supplies, CASA F stands apart from standard 500EXP units. The upgrades span design, technology and onboard systems, delivering a yacht that is fully equipped, highly specified and ready for immediate use without further investment.
An exceptional beach club with side balcony, hammam and gymnasium defines CASA F’s connection to the sea, complemented by a custom hydraulic transformer swim platform for effortless access. An aft-facing, Travertino marble bar completes the water-level amenities and on the sundeck, a custom saltwater pool enhances the outdoor experience, creating a balanced environment between water-level living and elevated relaxation.
The interior environment reflects a highly curated approach, combining premium loose furniture from Baxter, Paola Lenti, EXTETA and Promemoria with Loro Piana fabrics and curtains throughout. This foundation is elevated through bespoke marble upgrades, custom cabinetry, fluted detailing and herringbone parquet flooring, resulting in a space that feels residential in quality and executed with precision at every level. Natural light is introduced through large openings, reinforcing the connection between interior spaces and the surrounding environment
Entertainment onboard is conceived as a complete system rather than a series of additions. A comprehensive, fully integrated Bang & Olufsen AV upgrade is deployed throughout the yacht supported by a dedicated DJ station and both indoor and outdoor cinema systems, delivering a seamless and immersive experience across all living areas.
A full Crestron automation system underpins the yacht’s operational logic, allowing intuitive control across lighting, climate, AV and onboard functions. This is complemented by enhanced connectivity through satellite systems and onboard servers, ensuring consistent performance and reliability whether at anchor or on extended passages.
CASA F strengthens the explorer DNA of the 500EXP through increased fuel capacity and upgraded, state-of-the-art navigation upgrades. The 113.5 Sq.m. aft-quarter-deck is fitted out for touch-and-go heli operations, and complements the 500EXP’s signature 7.5-ton submersible crane for tender lifting and launching. Built in compliance to REG code and Malta Flag, CASA F provides flexibility to use both privately and commercially in most areas of the globe.
CASA F accommodates up to 10 guests across a five-cabin layout, structured to balance privacy with fluid onboard circulation. At the heart of the configuration lies a full-beam owner’s suite positioned forward on the main deck offering separation from guest areas and direct connection to the sea. This space is further enhanced by a private terrace and an owner’s office, creating a rare extension of the suite and reinforcing the sense of exclusivity typically reserved for larger tonnage.
