The La Spezia-based shipyard announced the sale of the first DOM155, the flagship motor yacht of the line, designed by Stefano Vafiadis.
Baglietto announces its third order in just two weeks: following the fourteenth hull of the DOM133 line and the third unit of the traditional T60 line, the La Spezia-based shipyard is pleased to announce the sale of the first DOM155, the flagship motor yacht of the line, once again designed by Stefano Vafiadis. The acquisition of the 47-metre yacht, destined for a highly experienced client and a long-time enthusiast of the Baglietto brand, was completed thanks to the support of Building Captain Simon Mackay, now involved in his second project with the La Spezia shipyard. The interiors of this first unit will be designed by Leonardo Santi, who has already signed several projects within the DOM line. Delivery of the yacht is scheduled for 2029.
The DOM155 is a sub-500 GT displacement motor yacht that evolves Baglietto’s “Roman domus at sea” concept, offering larger volumes and enhanced livability. It features clean, sculptural lines and is built in aluminium to ensure high performance, shallow draft and extensive customization. The stern is a standout feature, conceived as a versatile wellness area with an infinity pool and a configurable beach club that can serve as a spa, gym or additional garage. Interior and exterior spaces are seamlessly integrated through full-height glazing and open layouts.
The yacht includes a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, four guest cabins (with an optional fifth), and well-organized crew areas. A 130 sqm sundeck with 360-degree views, lounge areas and a pool complete the onboard experience. Powered by twin CAT C32 engines, the DOM155 reaches a top speed of 16 knots.
