The high-level transition marks a decisive step in the Italian shipyard’s ongoing commercial evolution, leveraging the capital and strategic backing of private equity firm Wise Equity following its entry into the company in 2024. Under Tirelli’s leadership, the builder is setting its sights on scaling its footprint across high-growth international markets while reinforcing the industrial craftsmanship that anchors its identity.
However, the company’s forward-looking strategy relies heavily on operational continuity. Working alongside Tirelli is an executive core of long-standing leaders who have shaped the shipyard from its inception: Chief Technical Officer Sergio Maggi, Chief Operating Officer Marcello Bè, and Chief of Manufacturing Giuseppe Bertocci. Their deep-rooted technical knowledge and hands-on manufacturing expertise remain integral to driving product development.
This strategic roadmap also honors the brand’s foundational roots, drawing on the institutional knowledge of its founding Board members and the enduring legacy of industry veteran Angelo Gobbi.
