Four M|30 units already sold ahead of the official unveiling.
Next Yacht Group confirms its participation in the Cannes Yachting Festival, taking place from 8 to 13 September 2026, where it will showcase its Maiora and AB Yachts brands. One of the most prestigious events on the international yachting calendar, the show will provide an opportunity to present the Group’s evolution and a selection of yachts that fully embody its vision: innovation, comfort, refined design and an increasingly direct connection with the sea. The Group’s participation in Cannes marks a strategic milestone in the shipyard’s expansion journey. In recent years, Next Yacht Group has strengthened its presence across key markets through a highly qualified sales and service network. This growth is also reflected in its international results: for the first time, the Group has entered the Global Order Book, ranking 15th among the world’s yacht builders.
Cannes is a key appointment for Next Yacht Group to showcase a phase of growth spanning product development, market reach and international organisation. The world debut of the M|30, with four units already sold before its official unveiling, is a particularly significant endorsement of the strength of the new M Collection. Together with the Maiora 36 Exuma and AB 130, the Group brings to France a clear expression of its brands, with the ambition of further consolidating its positioning as a yacht boutique.
MAIORA M|30: WORLD PREMIERE AND THE NEW “M COLLECTION”
The M|30, the first model in the new M Collection, makes its world premiere in Cannes. This highly significant debut introduces Maiora’s new interpretation of onboard space, conceived around seamless continuity between interiors and exteriors and a direct connection with the sea. The project was developed to make the transition between yacht and marine environment more fluid and natural. Exterior design is by Quartostile, while the interiors were developed by the Maiora Style Centre together with Acube Design. An almost coupé-like profile, a full-beam bow, expansive glazed surfaces and a distinctive side light signature define the identity of the M|30 and the new M Collection, which also includes the M|38. On board, walkaround circulation, an enlarged beach area and a cockpit conceived as a true waterfront lounge reinforce the yacht’s vocation for experiencing the sea in a free, natural and seamless way. With an overall length of 30.40 metres and a beam of 7.50 metres, the M|30 is arranged over three decks and accommodates up to 12 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck. Three crew cabins accommodate up to five crew members. The yacht is powered by twin MAN V12-2000 engines rated at 2,000 hp each, delivering a top speed of 21 knots.
MAIORA 36 EXUMA: CONNECTION WITH THE SEA AND PERFORMANCE
Also on display in Cannes is the Maiora 36 Exuma, the evolution of a model that has achieved strong international success and introduced a new approach to life at sea, born from the close collaboration between the shipyard and Quartostile. The yacht on display is the second Maiora 36 Exuma unit, delivered to her owner in early summer 2026. With an overall length of 36.90 metres and a draft of just 1.45 metres, the yacht is designed to deliver an uncompromising cruising experience, allowing access to bays, anchorages and shallow waters that are normally difficult to reach for yachts in this class. Three MAN V12 engines rated at 2,000 hp each are coupled to two MJP steerable waterjets and one central MJP booster waterjet, a configuration that delivers a top speed of 33 knots while ensuring manoeuvrability and comfort. Gyroscopic stabilizers, operating both at anchor and underway, complete the profile of a yacht designed to combine exploration, comfort and performance.
AB 130: THE FLAGSHIP OF SPEED
For AB Yachts, long synonymous with speed, innovation and technological research, Cannes will be the stage for the AB 130, flagship of the range and a new benchmark for the shipyard in terms of design, onboard liveability and technological content. With an overall length of 40.00 metres, the AB 130 expresses the brand’s sporting DNA through larger volumes, an even stronger visual presence and architectural clarity that enhances the connection between interiors and exteriors. The saloon’s expansive glazing increases natural light, while sun pads, an open-air cinema and a forward lounge broaden the possibilities for enjoying the outdoor spaces. Aft, fold-down side wings significantly extend the beach area, transforming it into a sea-level platform dedicated to leisure and conviviality. The propulsion system comprises two MJP steerable waterjets and one central MJP booster waterjet, paired with three MTU engines rated at 2,600 hp each, for a top speed of 41 knots and a shallow draft of just 1.30 metres. Lightweight construction, a hallmark of AB Yachts, helps maximise efficiency, acceleration and stability, further supported by gyroscopic stabilization operating both at zero speed and underway.
