Making its French debut at Cannes, the new SAY 42 Sport brings ultra-lightweight carbon performance and luxury to the Côte d’Azur.
SAY Carbon Yachts returns to the Cannes Yachting Festival (8–13 September 2026) to debut the new SAY 42 Sport on the Côte d’Azur for the first time. Unveiled at boot Düsseldorf earlier this year, the SAY 42 Sport is the second iteration of the brand’s original SAY 42 with added versatility and comfort. Built on the same ultra-lightweight carbon fibre hull and propulsion platform, the 12.96-metre model adds a sleek hardtop, fully equipped galley, and a spacious deck layout, while retaining the speed, agility, and precision handling SAY is known for. Weighing just 4.5 tonnes and offering up to 860HP through twin Volvo Penta V8 engines, the SAY 42 Sport combines sports car-inspired performance with luxury amenities to create the ultimate day cruiser.
SAY Makes Waves in Cannes
The SAY 52 – the brand’s flagship model will join the SAY 42 Sport on the SAY Carbon Yachts stand. At 15.95 metres and weighing just 7.5 tonnes, the SAY 52 delivers speeds of up to 45 knots, combining generous onboard space with responsive handling and carbon fibre construction.
“Cannes is always a highlight in the yachting calendar, but this year feels particularly exciting for SAY,” said Constant Colders, Sales Director, SAY Carbon Yachts. “Over the past year, we’ve introduced the SAY 42 Sport in Düsseldorf, and now we’re bringing the model to France for the first time. Our portfolio is perfectly suited for the Côte d’Azur, and we’re thrilled to be able to introduce the brand to more people at the show.”
A New Chapter for SAY in Europe
SAY Carbon Yachts’ presence at the Cannes Yachting Festival follows a milestone year for the brand and its growing portfolio. This summer, the company also opened its new European headquarters and Experience Lounge in Puerto Portals, Mallorca, creating a permanent Mediterranean home for the brand and bringing SAY closer to its growing community of owners, partners and prospective clients.
