A new concept in on-water hospitality is set to arrive in Greece this autumn as the Jeanneau Sea Loft 480 by Sea Alliance Group, named M/Y PHILOXENIA, makes its official Greek debut at the Olympic Yacht Show, taking place from October 15–18, 2026, at Olympic Marine in Lavrio.
Representing the first Sea Loft 480 to enter the Greek market, the vessel introduces a fresh approach to leisure cruising, designed to appeal not only to experienced yachting enthusiasts but also to a growing audience of lifestyle travelers seeking unique experiences on the water.
A New Way to Experience the Sea
Developed around the concept of Island Cruising, the Sea Loft 480 combines the spaciousness and stability commonly associated with catamarans with the elegant profile of a monohull. Rather than focusing on sailing performance alone, the design emphasizes comfort, social living, and effortless relaxation, creating an experience that resembles staying in a waterfront villa more than spending time aboard a traditional yacht.
According to Itay Singer, Co-Founder and Shareholder of Sea Alliance Group, the Sea Loft 480 represents “a completely new approach to hospitality at sea,” offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the privacy and comfort of a luxury villa while exploring the coastline at their own pace.
Corfu as the Starting Point
The yacht will operate from Marina Gouvia in Corfu, where Sea Alliance Group has recently established a new charter base. With more than two million visitors arriving on the island each year, Corfu provides an ideal setting for a concept that targets travelers looking for premium yet accessible experiences beyond the traditional beach holiday.
Designed with generous living areas, exceptional stability and user-friendly operation, the Sea Loft 480 is suitable for everything from private day charters and sunset cruises to multi-day island-hopping itineraries throughout the Ionian Sea.
Designed for Modern Hospitality
The yacht’s layout has been conceived to maximize the connection between indoor and outdoor living. Open social spaces, a fully equipped outdoor galley and innovative fold-down side terraces transform the main deck into an expansive waterfront lounge while at anchor.
Sustainability also plays a central role in the concept. Hybrid propulsion options, efficient diesel engines and integrated solar panels contribute to quieter cruising, lower fuel consumption and a reduced environmental footprint.
Accommodation is available in layouts of up to four en-suite cabins, comfortably hosting as many as eight guests overnight while maintaining a high level of privacy and comfort.

The Sea Loft 480 will be available for both daily and overnight charters from Corfu, offering visitors the opportunity to explore secluded Ionian bays, enjoy private celebrations at sea or experience extended island-hopping holidays.
