The new Club 9.98 - an evolution of the Italia 9.98 Fuoriserie, the boat which has dominated the last two racing seasons under the ORC system.
Following the great success of the Italia 9.98 Fuoriserie, Italia yachts have reinterpreted the original vision, bringing design changes to make sailing more refined even when cruising. The result is a fast, fun boat suited to excel in club racing, but equally at home cruising coastal waters and eating up the miles.
The addition of the large bowsprit facilitates the use of off wind sails that don’t require a spinnaker pole and is the ideal location for additional furling setups such as a code 0.
Inside, yacht cabinets have been added to both the saloon and forecabin increasing storage space and further enhancing the interior. The standard equipment incorporates a refrigerator and 2 burner stove with oven. Moreover, there is an extensive list of options that can enhance the yacht even more. The Italia 9.98 club is now in production with the first unit being launched and delivered early 2017.
