From 11 to 13 March 2026, the Tuscan nautical district will once again welcome professionals from the global yachting sector for the 16th edition of YARE – Yachting Aftersales & Refit Experience. For over fifteen years, YARE has established itself as a key international platform for superyacht refit and aftersales, bringing together captains, yacht managers, shipyards, and specialized companies in a highly efficient and business-focused environment.
True to its philosophy, YARE operates without exhibition stands or pavilions, focusing entirely on direct dialogue, targeted meetings, and operational efficiency. The 2026 edition embraces the principle: “Zero stand. 100% efficiency. The YARE way”, a format that has consistently cultivated a global network of professionals and confirmed the event as a benchmark for the refit and service sector.
Proven impact and global community
Over the past 15 editions, YARE has involved over 1,600 captains, attracted more than 2,000 companies, and facilitated approximately 450 post-event agreements per edition, with a community exceeding 650 professionals annually. Event highlights for 2026 include the traditional District Tour, which provides participants with a first-hand look at shipyards, suppliers, and technology centers across Tuscany’s nautical hub. The International Captains Forum, a cornerstone of the program, will feature panels, technical dialogues, and workshops on market trends, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and operational challenges facing captains and companies.
Networking at the heart of YARE
The Meet the Captains B2C matchmaking format remains at the heart of YARE, offering each company 15 personalized, face-to-face meetings with captains selected according to operational needs and technical profiles. The Passerelle Pitch will once again spotlight companies presenting innovative solutions and next-generation projects, evaluated directly by attending captains. The 2026 edition also introduces updates reflecting market evolution: a more targeted selection of captains, increased attention to sustainability, digitalization, supply chain dynamics, and advanced after-sales management, alongside a stronger focus on practical expertise and operational know-how.
