The second wallywind110 is ready to make waves, combining breathtaking elegance with blistering performance.
This new unit is the sistership to the celebrated Galma, delivered last year, and represents the latest expression of Wally’s uncompromising vision for high-performance cruising.
With her sleek lines, cutting-edge design and signature sailing DNA, the new wallywind110 redefines the rules of modern sailing with unmistakable Wally flair.
Laminated in the same moulds using hi-tech carbon fibre lay-up she displays the same exquisite blend of open-air living, easy handling and effortless speed of the first hull – traits anchored deep in Wally’s DNA. The main differences lie in the interior styling and layout, as well as the hull colour, which has been chosen in a timeless sand grey.
The second wallywind110 is a clear expression of Wally’s technical expertise and the exceptional skill of its team. Building on the experience gained with hull number one, the yard was able to streamline the production process and complete the yacht ahead of schedule, achieving what is considered one of its finest creations to date.
A proven hull
The naval architecture by Judel/Vrolijk & Co. gives the hull outstanding performance and stability, while Studio Santa Maria Magnolfi signed both the exterior and interior design, defined by a reverse sheer, a long-fixed bowsprit and an elegantly sleek coach roof — all hallmarks of performance. Below the waterline, years of experience and cutting-edge modelling have been combined into a fast, stable hull with twin rudders and a telescopic keel (4.50m – 6.95m).
This provides the counterpoint to an extremely powerful sloop rig. A high modulus carbon mast by Hall Spars is supported by ECSix multistrand carbon stays. Expect exhilarating upwind speeds thanks to a combined 660 square metres of main and jib – all in 3Di from North Sails. Downwind, the sail area blossoms to 1,283 square metres.
Simple elegance
The Wally concept of simple, contemporary elegance is always there. Chiefly, the oak cabinetry and panelling that appears throughout the boat has been stained a slightly paler shade than her sister, giving the boat a lighter interior feel. It picks up and reflects the natural light that streams in through windows, skylights and hull lights.
Wally has also reinterpreted the carbon fibre detailing in the floor panels. On this boat, the weave of the carbon fibre has a more squared pattern, set at 90 degrees instead of the 45-degree angle used on Galma. This subtle shift creates a look that is both distinctive and refined.
The scale of the interior is surprising given the sleek exterior lines, but there is a wonderful, raised saloon with excellent views out through deep hull lights. Ample headroom for comfy seating and spacious dining is created by a raised coach roof, but this is almost invisible from outside the boat, because the high bulwarks artfully hide it.
There is room for four spacious cabins. The owner’s suite naturally takes pride of place forward, alongside a VIP guest cabin and then two identical guest cabins aft – all reached down a short companionway from the saloon. A novelty in this second hull is the flexible VIP cabin, whose twin beds can be easily combined into a large double by lifting a floor panel and sliding the whole bed along a hidden track.
And where the first hull had a sort of bar arrangement in the more intimate lower salon that separates the forward cabins from the main social area, a multipurpose space was preferred. With a design similar to a bedroom vanity unit, the top of the desk flips opens for storage, making this an ideal spot to catch up on work.
On deck
All the features that make the wallywind series so attractive are present on the second 110. The large guest cockpit is completely insulated from the sailing controls, giving the option of well protected inward-facing seating, or sofas with a view facing out. There are generous lounging spaces for relaxation and socializing.
Wally’s trademark terrace on the sea is naturally integrated into the design. Straddling the steps down to the open transom of the boat, a mixture of sofa seating and sunpads offer some of the best views onboard.
Elegant outdoor living is a fundamental part of the Wally philosophy, just as much as exhilarating performance. The wallywind110 embodies three decades of innovative thinking, elevating comfort and versatility to new heights. From relaxed dining at anchor under the bimini to lively gatherings on the expansive aft deck, the yacht is designed to deliver outstanding experiences on the water.
Wally conceived this boat as the next step also for an experienced owner of 80-90ft yachts seeking extra space and comfort. By offering a fourth guest cabin and accommodation for up to five crew members, the wallywind110 represents a genuine upgrade to the superyachting lifestyle.
The wallywind110 hull number 2 is taking centre stage as the new largest sailing yacht of the Cannes Yachting Festival 2025. This exclusive showcase allows enthusiasts, potential owners, and industry professionals to experience firsthand the impeccable craftsmanship and innovative design that set the wallywind110 apart.
Her presence at Cannes highlights Wally’s unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the superyacht sailing world, inviting guests to discover the refined elegance and forward-thinking spirit that make this yacht truly unique. The wallywind110 hull number 2 will also be displayed at the Monaco Yacht Show (September 24th to 27th).
