Synergy Yacht Sales and JJL Catamarans announce a strategic alliance for the product and market development of the exciting Dufour 48 catamaran.
JJL Catamarans, Forli (Italy) based shipyard producing Dufour Catamarans has recently been sold to Under the Heavens company from Croatia. Both companies are financially backed by Fozzy Group, one of the largest trade industrial groups in Ukraine securing financial stability and substantial investment in the expansion of the production and development of new models.
Dufour Catamarans’ recent change in ownership and management has created an opportunity for Synergy Yacht Sales, a successful and well-respected Athens-based yacht sales, brokerage and marketing company, to create this alliance. The agreement covers not only product and market development for the Greek , Cypriot and US markets, but also creates a platform for new investors to participate more fully in the factory-to-yacht ownership vertical.
The combined expertise of Dufour and Synergy in the catamaran design, construction and charter space will provide clients a peerless combination of market insights, supply/demand and financial analysis, but uniquely allow professional buyers to be able to modify their own catamaran design, tailored to specific market segments and their own needs. The goal is to design affordable and practical catamarans that are well positioned in the charter market to address the increasingly discerning, mid-market client.
