Silent Yachts and Luxe Elite Yachts announce a partnership to introduce solar-electric innovation into a high-end, professionally managed yacht co-ownership model. The collaboration combines Silent Yachts’ long-standing expertise in solar-electric propulsion with Luxe Elite Yachts’ experience in yacht management and shared ownership models, introducing a more flexible ownership format that simplifies access to electric yachting and reduces operational complexity.
The SY62 3-Deck Open by Silent Yachts will be the first solar-powered yacht offered through co-ownership in Luxe Elite Yachts’ portfolio. Fully electric and emission-free, this catamaran is designed for quiet, efficient and autonomous cruising. Its open three-deck layout is conceived for life outdoors: long days on the flybridge, relaxed time at anchor, and moments shared with family and friends. With four cabins, each with a private head, the yacht offers generous space and comfort, without noise, fumes or vibration.

The co-ownership model will be structured into four equal shares, each representing 25% participation and providing 10 weeks of usage per year, with rotating schedules. Owners may also choose to charter unused weeks, creating the opportunity to offset operating costs. The first yacht is planned to be based at Village Cay Marina in Road Harbour, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, a well-equipped marina with easy access to the region’s most renowned islands. While the yacht is planned to operate in the Caribbean, this shared ownership opportunity is available to clients across North America and the Mediterranean.
The partnership is built around the idea of effortless ownership. Costs and responsibilities are shared among owners, while all yacht operations are managed by Luxe Elite Yachts. The catamaran is fully equipped and prepared ahead of each stay, supported by a high-touch concierge-style service.
