The revolutionary explorer catamaran SEAWOLF X has been crowned a winner at the prestigious BOAT International World Superyacht Awards 2025, marking a significant milestone in yacht innovation and sustainable marine engineering. The vessel earned the award for Best Catamaran over 30m, in recognition of her unique design, advanced hybrid technologies, and global exploration capabilities.

As the first catamaran ever built by renowned Italian shipyard Rossinavi, the 42m vessel represents a bold leap forward in both concept and capability. JMS Yachting: Leading the Vision with Technical Excellence
At the core of SEAWOLF X’s success is the unwavering commitment of JMS Yachting, who served as the project’s technical backbone. The build was expertly overseen by Technical Manager Gianluca Cirillo, who led the yacht’s development over a two-year period from concept to completion.
“Crafting a catamaran that had never existed before, especially as Rossinavi’s first catamaran, meant reimagining everything,” said Gianluca. “We tackled the integration of hybrid systems, AI technology, and a completely new hull platform. Every solution had to be created from scratch.”
Financial management was another cornerstone of the project’s success, the budget was set with foresight and adhered to rigorously throughout.

The “X” in the yacht’s name symbolises this explorer spirit. The crew’s involvement was equally impactful. They contributed extensively to inventory planning, embarkation logistics, and hotel services setup, ensuring the yacht would operate flawlessly from day one.
