Princess Yachts announces the Global Boat Show Debut of the Princess X95 at the Palm Beach International Boat Show

Princess Yachts, the UK’s largest luxury yacht manufacturer, has announced that the highly anticipated Princess ‘Superfly’ X95 will make her global boat show debut at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

Princess are delighted to be exhibiting at the 35th annual Palm Beach International Boat Show, opening on the 25th March and running through to the 28th March 2021. This show is a truly significant milestone as it represents a return to form for the industry following a period of global uncertainty and a very different landscape for boat shows over the past 12 months.Antony Sheriff, Executive Chairman, Princess Yachts, said: “We are delighted to be able to showcase the X95 at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. The X95 breaks the mould of traditional yacht design. The unique open plan architecture provides 10 per cent more outdoor space and 40 per cent more indoor space than a traditional motor yacht of similar exterior dimensions. We are also deeply grateful to the organisers of the show, who are taking the safety of the exhibitors & visitors seriously by providing a Covid-19 secure environment for the show to operate within.” Princess’ impressive range of over 20 yachts are all filed into six unique classes. For the first time in Princess history, all six classes will be represented together in the USA at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

Tom Carroll Jr, President, Princess Yachts America added: “This year’s show represents a true milestone opportunity for us to showcase the Princess brand in an expanded display that will be front and center within the show and highlighted by the Global Show Debut of the new X95 and the North American Premiere of the F45. The opportunity for the industry to come together and present the show in a safe and professional way will undoubtedly prove to be a highlight in an otherwise challenging time for events.”
Amongst the impressive line up, will be the Y85 motor yacht, which truly represents the standard of excellence for the Y Class range. This elegant yacht features unique handcrafted details and generous exterior spaces for a true luxury experience. Delivering stunning performance, technology and quality time at sea, the Y85 which has been hand-built in Plymouth, England, offers a unique experience, created for the owner who wants to travel in style and luxury.

The Y78 was designed by Princess Design Studio in collaboration with long-standing naval architects Olesinski. The Y78 replaces the Y75 and joins the recently launched Y85, flagship of the Y Class range, with the same striking exterior glazing and design language. The Y78 sports a new hardtop design and features the very latest in interior materials and finishes. The Y78 features a walk-through foredeck with U-shaped seating and sunbathing area, whilst the flybridge aft has space for free-standing furniture or can accommodate a crane and a tender. Below deck all three guest cabins are en-suite whilst a dedicated staircase leads to the owner’s stateroom amidships via a private lobby area.

The Princess F45 flybridge delivers unparalleled space, design quality and flexibility in a compact flybridge yacht that features a full-beam owner’s cabin, extended flybridge and an optional electronically-controlled sliding transom, which increases the size of the cockpit area at the touch of a button by 60 cm. Like its stablemates, the F45 is packed with technical innovations that ensure this compact yacht feels as spacious above deck as it does below. Together with its elegant full-length hull windows, beautifully resolved surfacing, and unique design details, the F45 will establish itself as the benchmark small flybridge yacht.

The launch of the S62 and S66 completes a thorough revamp of the S Class sportbridge range. They now sport Princess Design Studio’s new design language of classic flowing lines whilst the panoramic glazing on both the hull and superstructure gives the yachts a dynamic and agile visual presence and provides high levels of internal natural lighting.
Like its larger siblings, the S62 is built upon Princess’s renowned V-shaped hull and coupled with the latest MAN V8-1200 engines, meaning outstanding seakeeping and speeds of up to 38 knots. Designed from the outset for a sporting lifestyle, an electro-hydraulic bathing platform creates a convenient launch system for a 3.3m tender, a jet ski, or simply a secluded base from which to swim. The S62 is designed for entertaining alfresco with an aft galley and open-plan dining area. Below deck, six guests are comfortably accommodated across an en-suite full-beam owner’s stateroom and two further guest cabins with the option of an additional crew cabin aft.

The S66’s sporting credentials are underlined by a lightweight deep-V hull coupled with the latest MAN V12-1400 engines to deliver a top speed of 38 knots. Designed for outdoor living, the S66 offers generously appointed deck areas, which include a spacious foredeck seating area, whilst her hydraulic bathing platform and 3.3m tender garage become the perfect base for water sports.

All of the qualities of performance, craftsmanship and refinement are displayed and reinvented in the V65. Decisive flowing lines accentuate the double curvature deckhouse glazing and soft facetted geometry defines the interior joinery to create a truly captivating environment. The flexible deck saloon model can be climate controlled or opened to the elements via sliding doors and a retractable sunroof to offer an open boating experience. A fusion of power and luxury, this adrenalin-fuelling sports yacht can reach speeds up to 38 knots

Designed in partnership with Ben Ainslie Racing Technologies, the world-famous America’s Cup team, and Pininfarina SpA, the legendary Italian design house, the R35 is an innovative and beautifully designed technological tour de force.

Visitors to the Palm Beach Boat Show (101 S Flagler Dr, West Palm Beach, FL) will find Princess Yachts on display on the Downtown West Palm Beach Waterfront, ramp 4.
