Four years ago in 2013, the AIR 77 left its imprint on the Cannes boat show with its unique and innovative design and aesthetics.
Frédéric Sarfati, designer of the Oxygène Yachts AIR range, with models from 66 to 99 feet, is now working closely with Thomas Serré, the former chief naval architect at Sunreef, an experienced architect engineer in the luxury catamaran sector. Construction is being handled by Couach, the century-old naval shipyard and new collaborator.
This year the AIR 77 motor catamaran comes back to the boat show in an optimized version.
Several elements of life-on-board organisation have been redesigned to improve the boat’s overall ergonomics.
Its motorisation has also been redesigned: the boat now has two Volvo D6 435hp engines and a jet propulsion system with larger turbines. The AIR 77 will be the only catamaran with this type of jet system present at the Cannes boat show. The AIR 77 is light for a boat in this category, and thanks to a low draught, it is extremely manoeuvrable and easy to use.
It has retained its incredible quarters for on-board life: 280 sqm of living space, in a version with four double cabins and two double crew cabins.
Fittings and interior decoration are exclusively custom made, according to customer wishes.
This optimised version retains the spirit of Oxygène Yachts: respecting the sea’s natural beauty.

A new range of sailing catamarans
Until now, Oxygène Yachts has focused on motor catamarans. Cannes will be the occasion to discover the first images of the new range of sailing catamarans, designed and created by Frédéric Sarfati, and in particular, the 30m long Fluid 99.
