Last year’s belief that the OYS would become an institution capable of strengthening the yachting industry and highlighting quality tourism, came true this year based on the testimonies of public officials and important industry players and exhibitors who welcomed the success of the second event, placing the Olympic Yacht Show on the list of the top yachting events in Europe.

Yachting is an activity that people engage in worldwide and Greece, with its unique archipelagos, can play a leading role in it. The 2nd Olympic Yacht Show, a rapidly developing exhibition that boasts more than 80 exhibitors in 2022, is part of the overall effort to promote the sector of leisure boats and yachting in Greece. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy is ready to undertake all the right initiatives in order to galvanise into action healthy forces which can bring Greek yachting to the top of the list internationally.
