Small talk with Thodoris Miliadis, Founder and CEO

By means of its new Sales Point in Sani, Neotec Yachting has now opened a new chapter of growth, proving that success is born from dedication and passion for the craft. Thodoris Miliadis, Founder and CEO, shares his insights and gives us all the answers.

How did your relationship with the sea begin and what led you to establish Neotec Yachting?

My relationship with yachting began in 2004, at the age of 23, when the industry in Northern Greece was still limited but showed clear potential for growth. Those early opportunities became the foundation upon which we established our company in 2009.

In the beginning, our focus was on yacht management and technical support. Through consistency and commitment to our work, we have evolved to offer new and pre-owned yacht sales, as well as tailored management services, always trying to elevate the ownership experience for each client.

What are the core services that define Neotec Yachting, and how has your location in Halkidiki shaped your business?

The heart of Neotec Yachting isn’t a single service — it’s our people, who work every day with dedication and adaptability, and our clients, whose trust and support have been our driving force over the years.

In recent years, Halkidiki has emerged as a popular destination for yachts arriving from neighboring Balkan countries. This makes our company’s location strategically important — just 40 minutes from Thessaloniki city center, right next to the cosmopolitan Sani Marina, and within 30–40 minutes of all major marinas in Halkidiki.
