New NAUTITECH OPEN 46 at Multihull Boat Show

BAVARIA CATAMARANS surprised visitors and the trade press at the international Multihull Boat Show in La Grande Motte with first drawings of the new NAUTITECH OPEN 46.

The 14 meter long catamaran convinces, like the NAUTITECH OPEN 40 before, with an open cockpit and enormous space in the salon and in the cabins. The first NAUTITECH OPEN 46 will leave the yard in Rochefort in France at the beginning of next year. The international Boat Show in La Grande Motte closed with new orders and many new customer contacts on Sunday after five trade fair days (15-19 April).

Exactly 13,79 meters long and 7,46 meters wide- that are the new dimensions of the new NAUTITECH OPEN 46 of BAVARIA CATAMARANS. Visitors and representatives of the trade press studied the first drawings of the new catamaran at the international Multihull Boat Show in La Grande Motte in Southern France.

Like the successful NAUTITECH OPEN 40 the new catamaran has a unique cockpit, which connects the salon with life in the salon seamlessly. Below deck customers can decide between a 3-cabin version with a luxurious owner´s cabin at port hull and two guest cabins at star board and a 4-cabin version. On deck owners can choose between two options. The standard version of the NAUTITECH OPEN 46 has two steering positions and additionally this new catamaran will also be available with a fly bridge.

“After the huge success of the NAUTITECH OPEN 40 it was the logical step to develop a catamaran with around 46 feet now. However we have to ensure, that we are able to double the production capacity of NAUTITECH YACHTS in France in the next months. This happens now and we just started with the preliminary work on the mould of the NAUTITECH OPEN 46”, Daniel Kohl explains, not only the head of Product Management and of Marketing, but also responsible for the new Catamaran-Line with the Logo of BAVARIA CATAMARANS.
