Melita Marine Group and AG Advisory Celebrate Growth Milestones During Monaco Yacht Show 2025 with over 300 industry leaders gathered at the Yacht Club de Monaco as Melita Marine Group announces its South of France
expansion and AG Advisory marks the completion of Phase One of its journey.
Monaco, 25 September 2025, The Observatory Deck of the Yacht Club de Monaco set the stage for an exceptional evening hosted by Melita Marine Group and AG Advisory during the Monaco Yacht Show 2025, bringing together over 300 distinguished guests from across the global superyacht and financial sectors.
Attendees included yacht owners and owner representatives, captains, yacht managers, brokers, senior partners from international law firms, private bankers, and representatives from all major flag registries, a true cross-section
of the industry and its leading professionals.
The event celebrated two pivotal milestones for the Group companies
• The launch of Melita Shipyard Services in the South of France, operational from January 2026, marking a major step in MMG’s expansion beyond its full-facility shipyard in Malta.
• The completion of Phase One for AG Advisory, signifying the establishment of a fully licensed and operational advisory outfit delivering tailored financial, corporate, and compliance services from Malta.
During the evening, Melita Marine Group announced the formation of Melita Shipyard Services France, extending its operational coverage from Monaco to Marseille with new offices and workshops in Biot and Antibes, marking also the Group presence with exhibition stands at MYS for over 30 years.
This expansion complements MMG’s established 100m-capacity shipyard in Malta, enabling the company to provide comprehensive mobile shipyard services through its own technical teams across the full spectrum of onboard
competencies.
In addition, MMG is reinforcing its role as a MTU Partner Distributor, with expanded technical and spare parts workshops in Malta, Greece, and Cyprus, ensuring an integrated and efficient service network for clients across their Area of Responsibility.
