Just a few months after its official presentation, Overmarine Group is now announcing the sale, in the US, of a Mangusta Oceano 44, a three-decker in the long-range all-metal line Mangusta Oceano.
With her steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the Mangusta Oceano 44 is a global yacht to be enjoyed to the full, characterised by rakish, stylish lines and outstanding performances – a range of 4,500 nautical miles, a maximum speed of up to 16 knots, and a cruising speed of 11 knots, with maximum comfort ensured at all times by zero-speed and underway stabilizers.
The shipyard’s Engineering Department and designer Alberto Mancini, who pencilled her exterior lines and the proposed interior design, teamed up to create this yacht, which introduces a brand-new way of living the sea and immediately fascinated the American market.
“At the moment Mangusta is represented overseas by all three product lines, with the number of all-metal vessels steadily on the increase. The Mangusta Oceano 44 is a super modern “Miami Style” loft, characterised by unprecedented use of glazed surfaces and large sliding doors on all decks that keep all onboard areas seamlessly connected – a feature and a new lifestyle that did not fail to captivate the Client”, explains Mangusta President Americas Stefano Arlunno, who supervised the sale in cooperation with Ale Navarro from brokerage house HMY.
Among this model’s most defining traits is the beach club, conceived to be the very heart of social life on board.
There are two pools on board this yacht, both located forward, one on the 104 sq. m/1120 sq./ft. sun deck; the second, called “The Island”, on the main deck – a large sunbathing area easily accessible via a teak gangway and entirely surrounded by water, creating a wonderful full-immersion experience.
The shipyard’s Design Department is already working with the Client to select custom solutions and materials capable of truly reflecting the Owner’s personal style.
The Mangusta Oceano 44 is scheduled to be delivered in summer 2023.
Unit number 4, Project Parma, is currently under construction and will be available for delivery in summer 2024.
