Another significant recognition for Istion Yachting, this time concerning the prestigious Tourism Awards 2021.
For the first time ever Istion Yachting was honored with the grand Platinum Award in the "Travel Services" category and Silver Award in the "Sustainable Tourism Depelopment" category. Additionally the annual sailing event Catamarans Cup International Regatta which is powered by Istion Yachting was honored with the Silver Award in the "Supporting Local Communities" as well as with the Bronze one in the category of "Sports Tourism". Since its founding in Kos island 30 years back Istion Yachting has managed to successfully transform the region of the Dodecanese islands to an internationally known sailing hub.
Today Istion Yachting is operating via 13 yacht charter bases in Greece reaffirming its rightful place as a leading force in the greek yachting industry and successfully putting Greece on the map as a major sailing point of interest. We would like to express our appreciation and to commend the hosts for their hospitality and for executing such a glorious event in the Zappeion Megaro! It's a privilege to have the opportunity to be a part of the winners circle once more.
