World’s apart from the Arctic archipelago in which it was first gathered from icebergs, Svalbarði Polar Iceberg Water recently made a splash at a luxurious event in the South of France.
Held on April 12th by Club Vivanova outside the Sunseeker France office on the Cote d’Azur, the glamorous VIP cocktail party brought together all things luxury to treat guests to a sample of the high life. The luxury water took pride of place alongside fine wines from Monte Carlo’s Wine Palace and other indulgences, refreshing the discerning guests who were in attendance.
Port Camille Rayon in Golfe Juan was a fittingly nautical setting in which guests could sample Svalbarði, as the fine alcohol-alternative begins its journey to the glass in the waters off Svalbard, Norway. It is an icebreaker named Ulla Rinman that first gathers the small icebergs, but a magnificent, new Sunseeker 95 yacht was on display at the event for guests to admire. Also being exhibited was a selection of blazers from 209 Mare – the latest name in men’s luxury beachwear.
The sun shone as glasses emptied, and guests were intrigued to learn of the fascinating journey that led snowfall in Svalbard to become Svalbarði Polar Iceberg Water in the South of France. Representatives from Svalbarði were in attendance to share insight into the product. Bradley Mitton of Club Vivanova welcomed distinguished guests for an afternoon of networking.
Jamal Qureshi, the Founder of Svalbarði, commented on the upcoming event:
“We’re extremely excited to share Svalbarði Polar Iceberg Water with the international yachting community, among many other discerning tastes. Given that the water is sustainably gathered from carefully selected icebergs in the waters off Svalbard, the product shares a natural affinity with the ocean and yachting. We take great pride in serving a quality fine drinking water into glasses that are used to the best, evoking the taste of snow in air.”
Considered by many to be the best bottled water in the world, Svalbarði Polar Iceberg Water is developing a strong reputation throughout the South of France, Monaco and the international yachting community, having featured at events in the region. Served in an award-winning bottle of exceptional design, the crisp water provides a unique mouth-feel. A sophisticated sleeve completed the elegant aesthetic of the luxurious drinking water.
Maison del Gusto, a gourmet provisioning company based in the Principality, distributes the fine drinking water in Monaco. Alternatively, it can be ordered from the Svalbarði website.
