Maritime Community Tees Off and Makes History at the Glyfada Greek Maritime Golf Event.
The Glyfada Greek Maritime Golf Event, the premier golf tournament for the maritime community, returned on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the iconic Glyfada Golf Course, bringing together more than 80 leading maritime companies for a day of action, networking, and meaningful contribution. Under perfect golfing conditions, executives and professionals enjoyed an unforgettable tournament that confirmed its status as a benchmark in the industry.
For the third consecutive year, the event proudly supported the “Floga” association, contributing to its vital mission of helping children with cancer. Beyond the competition, the charity auction and sponsors’ initiatives highlighted the strong sense of solidarity and responsibility that unites the maritime world. During the event, Greek professional golfer and organizer of the Greek Maritime Golf Event, Mr. Thanos Karantzias, stated: “I am truly pleased to witness the Greek Maritime Golf Event in Glyfada evolve into a well-established annual institution that unites the global maritime community through the sport of golf.
