Frauscher 1414 Demon

The Frauscher 1414 Demon raises the legendary Frauscher feeling to the next level and redefines classical conventions of the 45 foot range.

Demon alludes to mighty supernatural creatures, with mystic powers. But at the same time it speaks to our inner self and the hurdles we have to overcome to become who we want to be. And the 1414 Demon is what every boat wants to be: Designed by KISKA the Frauscher 1414 Demon features typical Frauscher design elements like the flat bow with vertical stem, a tinted and frameless windscreen and a low profile reminiscent of a sports car. The carbon fibre side blades which conceal the air intakes for the engines recall the Frauscher 747 Mirage and 747 Mirage Air while the seating spaces are arranged in a spectacular geometric harmony and resonate perfectly with the teak floor which grants both the needed elegance and the right skid proof capabilities.

While the 1414 Demon may look like a boat where you give in to its gorgeous design or perfect proportions it really is a no compromise boat. The 1414 Demon is the new flagship of Frauscher’s fleet, and has everything it takes to set new standards in its segment:

A very economic hull by long time Frauscher collaborator Harry Miesbauer with the typical vertical bow, a deep V hull and a twin step design, all of which allows for impressive speeds while maintaining a very smooth ride through waves.

The perfectly laid out cockpit enables captains to navigate the Frauscher 1414 Demon with over 40 knots through the Sea while the sterndrive configuration still maintains the feeling of steering a much smaller boat and gives a very sporty sensation. Optional bow thrusters and joystick operation help with docking in tight spaces while the generous 1.200 liter fuel tank enables a long range of operation.

The relaxing lounge atmosphere of the cockpit area features a well garnished outdoor bar with a Teppan Yaki grill, ice maker, fridge and sink as well as a retractable Bimini sun shade which combines with a big sunpad and a large bathing platform for a perfect living space on a beautiful day.
The uniquely designed interior features an asymmetric layout with a spacious bathroom, kitchenette, large seating area which can be converted to a generous sleeping accommodation and a master cabin in the center of the boat with enough locker room for longer trips. Combined with up to 1.96 meters of headroom and optional air conditioning and entertainment options the Frauscher 1414 Demon features more than enough cabin space.
Amazing optional equipment like the joystick operation with autopilot and skyhook anchoring, the electrically extendable teak gangway which doubles as a luxurious bathing stairway, a dizzying array of metallic and solid paint options or the tender with a garage under the sunpad give owners and guests a luxury feel more at home on a superyacht.

The Frauscher 1414 Demon is available with three different engine packages ranging from the Mercruiser 8.2l MAG HO DTS with 430 HP each to the Mercruiser Racing 8.6l engines with 520 HP each for maximum speed and power or the economical Volvo Penta D6 with 400 HP each for the highest range. As with all Frauscher boats, the 1414 Demon is manufactured by highly-skilled boat builders at the new Frauscher shipyard in Ohlsdorf, Austria, which was opened in 2012. In the quality of workmanship and the materials used almost 90 years of boat building experience are reflected and show the craftsmanship at the highest possible level.

The Frauscher 1414 Demon is available for order immediately with first customer deliveries scheduled for 2016. The official world premiere will take place at the 2016 Düsseldorf boat show in January while first test drives will take place this Fall in the Mediterranean.

To commemorate the launch of the 1414 Demon Frauscher released a teaser produced by the internationally renowned Austrian producer and DJ Parov Stelar on its Youtube Channel.
