Abarth 595 Scorpioneoro - The ultimate expression of finesse and sportiness

With the new special series model, Abarth reminds us once again the reason why Italian style is simply irresistible.

With more than 70 years of history, the Abarth brand is a unique case in the automotive world. Born in the racing tracks, it grew to become an icon, not only for the exceptional driving experience that its models provide, but also for their unique combination of style, finesse, sporty character and luxury. The new special series, 595 Scorpioneoro, that will be produced in just 2,000 units, outlines this philosophy in the boldest way, by means of a model than knows how to instantly enchant.

The black bodywork is combined with impressive details in gold color, such as the scorpion on the bonnet, the line that runs on the side panels and, above all, the 17-inch golden alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the interior features the new Abarth “Scorpioflage” sport leather seats that perfectly support the driver’s body. On the headrest the “Scorpioneoro” word is embossed along with the Italian flag, while on the dashboard the black matt color is combined with subtle details in gold, such as the number plate on the transmission tunnel. The unique style comes with some truly impressive equipment; among its other features this Abarth includes the multimedia 7” HD UconnectTM system and the BeatsAudio™ 480 W audio system.

Made of Gold is also the “heart” of the 595 Scorpioneoro. The 1.4 T-Jet engine has an output of 165 –racing breed- horses capable of accelerating the new Abarth from 0-100km/h in just 7.3 sec with an impressive power to weight ratio of just 6.5kg/hp!

In 1979, Abarth created the A112 Abarth “Gold Ring” or “Targa Oro”, a truly rare car that has been produced in just 150 units, all in black livery with golden elements and impressive equipment, following a truly Italian “granturismo” style.
