Advanced Yachts launches new A80 JIKAN

Advanced Yachts has launched its latest 80-footer, JIKAN, a stylish maxi yacht combining top-class performance with the luxury and comfort of the premium design interiors that are hallmark of our boats.

A project designed by the US naval architects John Reichel and Jim Pugh, and the Italian design studio of Mario Pedol and Massimo Gino, Nauta Design.

Fitted with the best systems available, JIKAN features a 35-metre Southern Spars mast with furling boom and carbon rigging, Harken winches, and a Reckmann furler.

The sea-blue hull is set to take to the sea and tour the Mediterranean at the start of August, sailing down the Adriatic, past Puglia, Sicily, and the Aeolian Islands, on its way to Sardinia.

The launch of a boat is always a huge event, crowning the hard work and effort put in by craftsmen, architects, engineers, designers, and structural engineers to achieve a true dream. The dream of JIKAN’s proud new owner, with whom we all wish to celebrate this unforgettable moment.
