EXTRA Yachts has confirmed the sale of the second unit of the X90 Fast, the dynamic 28-metre model that reimagines the brand’s FAST line for a new generation of yacht owners. The transaction was facilitated by Alina Emerly of Aberton Yachts, marking another milestone for a model that is rapidly gaining traction among buyers seeking innovation, volume and a deeper connection with the sea.
A vision of yachting reinterpreted
Engineered to turn every voyage into a vivid and authentic experience, the X90 Fast brings together powerful design language, expansive onboard spaces and a strong relationship with the surrounding marine environment. Built in GRP and defined by a sleek, athletic silhouette, the yacht stands out for its instantly recognisable aesthetic and its broad range of customization options—hallmarks of the EXTRA Yachts philosophy.
Designed by Agon Studio, the exterior presents a compelling mix of contemporary geometry and refined detailing. The forward-projected, dark-toned superstructure creates a striking monolithic sculpture on the water, accentuated by an elongated side window and a sophisticated interplay of soft curves and sharp edges.
Flexible Layouts and Distinctive Outdoor Livin
The X90 Fast is offered with two layout configurations, depending on the preferred location of the galley—midship or aft—and includes the option of a second helm station on the sundeck.
One of the yacht’s defining elements is its stern design, which encapsulates the FAST philosophy. Three cascading levels slope towards the sea, creating a fluid transition between the swim platform, aft lounge and al fresco dining area. Beneath the generous aft sunpad, a longitudinal garage accommodates a 4-metre jet tender, while the mooring equipment is completely hidden for a clean, elegant look.
Above, the spacious sundeck offers a highly modular environment with aft sofas, a double sunpad, an optional forward helm station, a central bar and a dining area sheltered by a wide hard top—designed to adapt seamlessly from day cruising to social gatherings.

Inside, the X90 Fast reflects EXTRA’s commitment to comfort, brightness and a modern aesthetic. The interior volumes are warm, open and designed to enhance onboard well-being, creating a calm environment where guests can enjoy the sea in natural proximity.
Below deck, the yacht hosts four double cabins with en-suite bathrooms, including a full-beam owner’s suite amidships that benefits from the impressive 7.4-metre beam. The crew quarters, located between the engine room and the owner’s suite, provide accommodation for up to four crew in two double cabins with private bathrooms—ensuring efficient and discreet service.
Performance Meets Efficiency
Propelled by three Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, each delivering 1,000 hp, the X90 Fast reaches a top speed of 26 knots and cruises comfortably at 21 knots. At 12 knots, the yacht boasts a range of approximately 1,000 nautical miles, demonstrating EXTRA’s consistent dedication to optimized fuel consumption and long-range efficiency.
