Denison Yachting has remained the leading brokerage globally for total superyacht sales activity in the 79ft+ (24m+) segment across the 2020–2025 period, marking one of the most consistent multi-year performances in the modern brokerage market. Over those six years, the firm represented 432 transaction sides in the segment, placing it ahead of all peers in cumulative activity during a cycle that spanned post-pandemic acceleration, tightening inventory, and a return to more performance-driven buying conditions.
The 2025 year reinforced that trajectory. Denison recorded 68 transaction sides in the 79ft+ (24m+) category, with particularly strong momentum early in the year and a December total that matched the firm’s strongest year-end performance of the period. The results were achieved alongside the highest median sale price in Denison’s 2020–2025 dataset and the lowest median time on market, at 277 days, reflecting firm pricing alignment and targeted buyer engagement rather than volume driven by discounting.
Notable transactions during the year included the 182’ (55m) Lürssen MOON SAND (2021), 170’ (52m) Feadship AMANTI (2003) and 164’ (50m) Westport GIGI (2010) — sales representative of the upper tier of the brokerage market.
Denison has also led in in-house transactions over 79ft (24m) during the 2021–2025 period and was involved in the sale of two of the 15 largest yachts traded off market, underscoring its presence in discreet, relationship-led deals as well as open-market campaigns.
As new-build deliveries continue to feed brokerage supply and buyers become increasingly selective, recent performance suggests that structured positioning, pricing discipline and global buyer reach are defining competitive advantage. Denison’s six-year volume leadership and above-market efficiency metrics place the firm among the central players shaping the current superyacht brokerage landscape.
