Danny Willett wins the 2016 OMEGA Dubai Desert Classic

The player takes home the trophy and a stunning OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Master Co-Axial watch. Following four days of enthralling golf and an incredibly close finish, the “Major of the Middle East” has concluded in victory for Danny Willett of England.

The event played out on the renowned Majlis course at the Emirates Golf Club and included a number of world famous players including OMEGA’s own Rory McIlroy.

Danny Willett is a familiar face for OMEGA. The player also won the OMEGA European Masters in July 2015. Now, his great form continues. Victory for Willett at the OMEGA Dubai Desert Classic means a trophy, winner’s check and a brand new OMEGA Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M Master Co-Axial. The timepiece features an 18K red gold case, brown leather strap, and the OMEGA Master Co-Axial calibre 8501 that boasts exquisite reliability and precision. As well as featuring the Aqua Terra’s teak patterned dial, the watch is also able to resist strong magnetic fields greater than 15,000 gauss.
