Pazienza marks the third delivery in the RJ series of explorer yachts, following the RJ 130 Nuri and the RJ 115 Stellamar which made a notable appearance at the recent Cannes and Monaco Boat Shows and clinched the prestigious World Superyacht Award in her category.
Furthermore, there is an RJ 155 in progress at the Ancona shipyard. The former Owners of Nuri, who found great satisfaction with the RJ 130 and sold it profitably, initiated the development of a larger vessel tailored to meet their extended cruising aspirations. “This is an undeniable sign of trust in CdM and a source of pride for all of us,” said Vasco Buonpensiere, CEO of Cantiere delle Marche and its co-founder with Ennio Cecchini.
“We are very pleased with the commercial results of the RJ range. It demonstrates that style and elegance can be perfectly combined with the rugged character typical of our explorer yachts. Regardless of the model or size, these boats are ideal for venturing into remote areas where assistance is scarce or even nonexistent” Buonpensiere maintains.
“An increasing number of owners have realized that combining comfort and design with construction features and technical equipment that ensure safe navigation is a winning choice. We recently signed a contract for the construction of an RJ 102 commissioned by another Australian owner. The Australian market is giving us great satisfaction! We have just sold a Nauta Air 110 to Marcus Blackmore, a great Australian sailor and navigator.
I can confidently say that ours are the right boats for those seas.” The Florentine designer Francesco Paszkowski lends his creative vision to the RJ series. His signature style shines through in the sleek and sturdy bow and the expansive windows that define Pazienza’s profile. Every aspect of the design, from the subtly inset windows and portholes to the dynamic fashion plates and the graceful curvature of the stern, showcases Paszkowski’s meticulous attention to detail, enhancing the exterior aesthetics of Pazienza.
As mentioned, this is the second unit of the RJ115 model after Stellamar; however, the two yachts have some very different features. The level of customization offered by Cantiere delle Marche on its semi-custom models is indeed very high.
Apart from the furnishings, which are completely different in style and layout, Pazienza has a greater number of cabins than Stellamar, openable French doors on both sides of the salon, a large aft pool on the Sun Deck, a tender garage with a side opening which adds to a retractable crane housed in the overhang of the Sun deck to haul and launch the second tender.
