Bluegame‘s latest jewel, an unconventional multihull poised to succeed once again, lands at the Monaco Yacht Show 2023.

After impressing and garnering unanimous approval from visitors and industry experts at the recent Festival de la Plaisance in Cannes and the subsequent Genoa International Boat Show, which closed its doors just a few hours ago, the BGM75 turned its prow once again towards the French coast during the night and landed in Port Hercule, in the Principality of Monaco, in order not to miss the en plein of success at the three September yachting kermes.

Bluegame’s latest creation, as unconventional and pioneering as its trademark, after over three years in the making is not only about to change the rules but is ready to dictate new ones.

A hybrid combining the advantages of a luxury monohull motor yacht with those of a catamaran, BGM75 opens the door to a new market segment: that of luxury multihulls.
At 22.7 metres long and just 8 metres wide (as opposed to the traditional 12 metres), this multihull offers unparalleled cruising comfort, volumes equivalent to those of a 90′ monohull, compared to which it offers half the fuel consumption, thanks to the use of engines which are also of half power and the extremely high-performance design of the hull engineered by Philippe Briand, allowing a maximum speed of 20 knots.

Equally fundamental to the success of the BGM75 was the contribution of Bernardo Zuccon and Piero Lissoni, proven collaborators of the brand, who fully grasped the power of such an avant-garde project, making a “futuristic” contribution to the exterior lines and a sophisticated use of the interior volumes, effectively overcoming the limitation of the separation of the two hulls.

The result of these synergies is the first example of a new yacht segment destined to revolutionise the entire Bluegame production, increasingly oriented towards sustainability in which the brand’s pioneering character finds its full embodiment, in line with the objectives of the parent company Sanlorenzo’s ‘road to 2030’ towards ‘carbon neutrality’.
