Baglietto, the historical shipyard based in La Spezia, chose the Venice Boat Show to present to the international public its “Tales from the Blue” installation: a container transformed into an immersive exhibition aimed at narrating, in a unique and original way, the brand’s 170-plus years.
Created in an industrial space transformed into a travelling exhibition area, the “micro-museum” offers an immersive experience that narrates through images, sounds and sensations the incredible heritage of the Seagull brand, which has been interweaving its history with the Italian country since 1854.
Inside the exhibition flows, in fact, the nautical experience of Baglietto, from its origins in 1854 in Varazze, to today made of sustainability and look towards the future, in an exciting and engaging narrative path.
A journey through time also reconstructed through the voices of some of the personalities that made the brand famous in the past, such as D’Annunzio and Puccini, to whom Baglietto entrusts themes linked to belonging to a country, its uniqueness and its founding and shared values of avant-garde, excellence and boldness.
“With Tales from the Blue we have chosen to tell our story not only with words, but through a sensory experience that brings Baglietto’s soul to life” comments Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto. “It is an immersive journey through time and the values that define us: innovation, excellence, belonging. A tribute to our past and a declaration of intent for the future.”
