International jury announces the 17 finalists of the BOB Award 2021 in five categories – Awards ceremony to be held in front of a live audience in Berlin on 11 November 2021.
“And the award goes to …“. On 11 November 2021 a ceremony honouring the winners of the Best of Boats Award will take place at BOAT & FUN BERLIN. After a busy season in which numerous boats were tested, the 17 finalists of the Best of Boats Award 2021 have now been announced in five categories. During the past few months the 15-member jury from 15 nations examined the latest international motorboats. Chief editors and boating professionals from Europe, Russia and the USA conducted hundreds of sea trials, making the Best of Boats Award one of the boating industry’s major international awards.
In contrast to last year’s ceremony, which was live-streamed from the BOAT & FUN BERLIN studio, the winners of the Best of Boats Award 2021 will be honoured in person on day one of BOAT & FUN BERLIN, which will take place from 11 to 14 November on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The awards will be presented in the categories Best for Beginners, Best for Fishing, Best for Family, Best for Fun and Best for Travel. For the second time, the special new Best for Future award will recognise game changers in the boating industry.
On Thursday, 11 November 2021 at 6.30 p.m., along with the BOB jury, numerous shipyard CEOs and representatives from the international boating industry, the awards ceremony will take place in the new Luxury Yacht Hall at hub27. This year BOAT & FUN BERLIN, a premium partner of the Best of Boats Award since 2014, is again the host and presenter of the party for the winners of this year’s best motorboats.
