The International Charter Expo (ICE), the world’s largest B2B yacht charter event, will return to EXPO Groot-Amsterdam from November 12 to 14, 2025.
More than 600 companies from over 50 countries will meet under one roof, making Amsterdam the global center of the yacht charter industry for three exciting days.
This year, ICE is bringing something new, the ICE Forum, a special program created to better understand the challenges and future of the charter market. “I’ve been working in this industry for more than 20 years, and it has always been challenging,” says Tino Prosenik, Founder of ICE. “Today we face new kinds of challenges, with many tools and opportunities available, but it’s not always clear what tomorrow will bring.”
On the second day, 15 of the world’s biggest charter operators, who together manage about 30% of the world’s bareboat charter fleet, will gather to discuss the most significant challenges facing the market. Right after that, 15 of the largest booking agencies will meet to share their own insights. The goal of these meetings is to get a clear picture of where the market stands today and what changes may be coming next.
The discussion continues on Friday morning, November 14, with the ICE Open Forum, where charter brokers and fleet managers are invited to take part in an open conversation about the industry’s future.
Hosted by Tino Prosenik, the session will include a panel of two brokers and two charter managers, with plenty of time for questions and audience participation. It’s a chance for professionals to share their views, exchange ideas, and help shape the next chapter of the charter world.
To start things off in true ICE style, the famous ICE Rocks Party will return on Wednesday, November 12. This year’s event will celebrate 10 amazing years of ICE with an unforgettable evening of music, fun, and networking, the perfect way to kick off the expo.
