PHOS olive oil is obtained directly and solely from the world's finest Koroneiki variety olive trees, only by mechanical means, via cold – pressed (under 26 oC) procedure within a few hours from harvest and is bottled traditionally.
PHOS extra virgin olive oil has impeccable qualitative characteristics (very low acidity and excellent absorptions controlled by acknowledged laboratories) and fascinating after taste.
