The honorary title of the " Honourable Mention in the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2016" was won by the design of the "Skipper NC100s", which is a unique creation by BSK marine.
Skipper NC100s is the first Greek boat and the second RIB (rigid inflatable boat) worldwide, which has received this international design award. Skipper NC100s was selected amongst 5200 products from 57 nationalities.
The revolutionary design of the Skipper NC100s, inspired by Alexandros Stavroulakis, a promising naval architect / designer, impressed the 41 experienced designer teachers, journalists and project designers from around the world and won a place in the Red dot family.
Red Dot was founded in 1954 and nowadays is the largest and one of the best-respected design competitions in the world.
