Gill has developed waterproof Softshell technology to provide all the benefits of a soft comfortable outer layer with the added re-assurance of complete waterproof protection. The Pro Softshell Jacket is built using our 1Dot™, 2 layer laminated waterproof and breathable stretch fabric with a non-absorbent and quick-drying synthetic insulation to provide a completely new wearer experience in this category.
It has the comfort and feel of a lightweight down jacket, but uses a technical synthetic lining that won't absorb water, with all the protection that you would expect from a Gill waterproof product.
Excellent warmth to weight ratio provides an excellent 80g/m2 thermal insulation. Additional wet weather protection is provided with the use of a YKK Aquaguard® front zip with internal storm guard and YKK Aquaguard® zips on the hand warmer pockets.
